The first-ever Mister USA Pageant was held last week at the Lennox Hotel in Boston. Ivan Rusilko, a 24-year-old professional model, champion bodybuilder and a fourth-year medical student from Meadville, Pennsylvania, was crowned as the new Mister USA 2008.
Ivan Rusilko was also voted the overall Best Physique and Best Smile in the entire competition. More photos of Ivan after the jump.
He will represent the United States in the Mister International 2008 pageant in Taiwan in November.
