Mario Lopez is returning to Nip/Tuck, but this time he takes it to the next level.
Mario reprises his role as plastic surgeon Dr. Mike Hamoui, and dresses in a full-on S&M get-up in a steamy scene with Kimber, played by Kelly Carlson. Check out the trailer after the jump.
